    How does the drink remain hot or cold for hours?

    Our Tumbler is engineered with double-wall vacuum insulation technology that creates an airless space between two walls, eliminating the convection and the temperature change. This helps to keep the drink hot for 2 hours and cold for 4 hours. 

    Is the Tumbler dishwasher safe?

    Our product is safe to be used in the Dishwasher. Wash it as per your convenience - either with hands or in a dishwasher.

    Is the Tumbler Microwave/Refrigerator safe?

    Never place our Tumbler in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend placing the product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.
