All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
In case your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled as our service partners charge us as soon as the pick up is completed.
A request for replacement must be initiated within a maximum of 5 days from the day of delivery and will only be accepted in case of the below mentioned cases.
Please attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice for our internal quality checks. Allow us 24 hours to review your ticket and send you a replacement after necessary internal checks, if applicable

We ensure that you receive the freshest teas but in case you feel that it tastes bad or stale please reach out to us with details of what you did not like within 5 days of the order delivery and we shall send you a replacement
We do not accept returns on any products because:
P.S. If our Teas do not match your taste-buds and if it is your first order with us, reach out to us within 5 days of order delivery and we will refund the amount equivalent to your order value* upto a maximum of $35, NO QUESTIONS ASKED**
All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share the necessary proof. Our Customer Service team will notify you once the refund request has been approved.
*Refund will be processed basis the value of the individual product the customer is unhappy with. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless a result of an error by VAHDAM® India.
