(Q) Which all countries does Vahdam Teas ship to?
(A) We ship to all countries worldwide except those which are debarred by the Government of India.
(Q) How much does shipping cost?
(A) We add a basic shipping cost to all your order, on the total gross weight of your order.

(Q) How long does it take to recieve items against my order?
(A) All orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of being placed & a consignment tracking code is mailed immidiately.
We deliver to most of the countries in 3-5 working days after placing the order.
Certain pin-codes in Russia, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Portugal, Turkey, Hungary & Thailand are not legible for express courier from India & hence are sent through EMS Speedpost (Airmail). These exceptions take 7-14 working days to deliver.
(Q) Do I have to pay for Taxes & Customs Duties?
(A) All teas & accessories are sent for personal consumption or as gifts and hence should normally not attract customs/import duties. However rules vary from country to country. Overseas deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes as per effective local laws in buyer’s country that could be levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any such additional charges towards local levies would have to be borne by the buyer and will in no terms be payable by us or chargeable to us. The buyer must therefore ensure compliance with all the effective laws and legislation's in force at their specified destination, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of breach of any such laws. Any document needed to accompany the parcel needs to be requested and will be provided if feasible/available.
