    Great tea with benefits of ashwagandha and turmeric. Ashwagnadha should always be taken with sweetened milk and it help with cold coughs and bronchitis. More beneficial in winters. This product is really good for people with Kapha and Vaata doshas , Pitta dosha people should go easy on this product.One of the best herbal teas which makes you feel fresh and wonderful.

    A perfect drink to have in these times. Ashwagandha helps reduce stress, anxiety and this one has a good flavor of turmeric as well to it, which again is very good for health. Loved the packaging and the quality of the product worth for the price it has.
