    Short-dated items, Wrong item was sent, not replying email & avoid answering question!

    I send tea leaves as a Christmas gift to friends and family in differenet countries every year as I am a tea lover. I have tried The East Indian Company, Fook Ming Tong, TWG, Whittard for recent years and this year i chose you but I really can't believe the customer service is this worst when you are saying

    I placed my order and in Nov and most of the tea leaves i received are short-dated, and, one of the items was wrongly sent which I did not order and it is expired as well!!!

    I sincere emailed back and told you that these are the Christmas Gifts for all my friends and family in diffrent countries and it will be so embarassing if they receice these short-dated items. I requested exchange these items and asked if it is because these were bought during black Friday sales and I was sent these short-dated items. No exact answer has been given and now, 7/12, still have no reply from you!

    CAN YOU PLEASE QUICKLY REPLY MY EMAIL? IT IS JUST TIME-WASTING AND PLEASE, COLLECT ALL THESE SHORT-DATED ITEMS AND THE WRONG ITEMS BACK AND I REQUEST A FULL REFUND NOW!!! IT IS TOO LATE TO SHIP MY CHRISTMAS GIFT OUT NOW!!!

    This is regarding order #G020928860
    I live out of the country and placed this order 12/11/2021 for a surprise for my friend in Michigan.
    Unfortunately, when I got here a couple of days ago (Feb. 2nd) I asked how she liked the special teas. SHe stated she never received them and was home all day on Dec.18th when they were supposed to have been delivered. She never received anything that day or any day.
    ALso, I received a 10% discount coupon email to be placed with the first order but it was received AFTER I placed the first order so it looks like I couldn't use it
    Please let me know how we can get this settled. I love your tea as I have received some in the past. It is the best!!!!
    I look forward to hearing from you before I notify American Express to refund my payment.
