    How are your products packed?

    After sourcing our ingredients directly from plantations within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in New Delhi, India. They then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. The blends made, pass through a final 10+ quality check points for quality and safety. They are then vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminium-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the blend maintains its character. Upon receiving a consumer's order, we further pack the required quantity of the product in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes or tin cans and then sent over to our own delivery centres located in various parts of the world.

    What is the shelf life of the teas?

    All Vahdam Teas carry a Date of Packaging and a Date of Expiry on them. All teas have a shelf-life of 3 years, till which the tea can be consumed 

    What is the best way to store the teas?

    Thankfully, your teas in this gift box already come freshly-packed in neat tin caddies that are air-tight and help sustain the tea’s flavor and freshness. There is no need to transfer the teas to another container. Make sure to keep the caddies away from direct light and moisture.
