    What is the body & lid made of?

    High-quality, rust-resistant 18/8 Foodgrade Stainless Steel material. It will never rust or leave a bad metal taste in your mouth. The lid is made up of BPA Free plastic. The lid comes with slider functionality i.e. opens and closes that enable to drink with ease and convenience. The tumbler is reusable providing an eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic water bottles.

    How does the drink remain hot or cold for hours at a stretch?

    Engineered with double-wall vacuum insulation technology, it creates an airless space between two walls, eliminating the convection and the temperature change. This helps to keep the drink hot for 2 hours (>42°C) and cold for 5 hours (< 10°C).

    Is it dishwasher-safe?

    Yes, the tumbler is safe to be used in the dishwasher.

    Is the tumbler microwave/refrigerator safe?

    Do not use the tumbler in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend refrigerating the tumbler or using it in the freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.

    Is it leak-proof?

    It is splash resistant which means it will keep the drink in place over a speed bump but if it is flipped upside down or held at a titled angle, the liquid will spill out. We would suggest you keep the tumbler upright and not carry it in a backpack to avoid spillage.

    Will the Tumbler Sweat?

    Not at all. The Double Wall Vacuum Insulation technology will ensure that the outside of our Tumbler is condensation free.

    What is the warranty on the Tumbler?

    We offer a one-year limited warranty on the product purchased from our brand website. The warranty covers thermal performance issues and is not applicable to any external damage caused to the product. If you receive a defective product, we will ship you a free replacement.
